Plot Summary[edit]
Kumiko arrives in Springfield and quickly becomes the love interest of Comic Book Guy. The two bond over their shared love for comics and pop culture. However, their relationship faces a significant hurdle when Comic Book Guy must win over Kumiko's traditional Japanese father, who is skeptical of his daughter's new American boyfriend.
