Hiro, his full name being Hiroshi Nakayama (中山宏, Nakayama Hiroshi), is a Japanese boy who only appeared in the episode Foreign Exchange. The episode is about Beavis and Butt-head showing Hiro what he can do in America. The gang hawk a couple loogies, make Tom Anderson have a flashback, and head bang. When Hiro returns home to Japan, he adopts Beavis and Butt-head's way of life.
