Rumi Koyama (小山ルミ) is a singer, actress, and talent who was born in Sapporo City, Hokkaido on August 11, 1952. Her father is an Irish soldier and her mother is a Japanese. She was a member of 海道はじめ with スナッキー・ガールズ (Hajime Kaidou with Snacky Girls) and released one single on Columbia records in 1968 (Columbia SAS-1033).
Snacky Girls members were Kyoko Yoshizawa, Rumi Koyama and Saeko Hata.
