Sico Rudo

Sico Rudo was a saboteur working for the Imperial Japanese Army during World War II. Rudo was tasked with destroying American shipping supply lines and appeared as the ringleader in a plot to wreck vessels in the Pacific by bomb placement. In his only known comic appearance, Miss America uncovered Rudo's sabotage plans, pursued him, and ultimately foiled his scheme.
