Doctor Suki was a scientist for the Imperial Japanese Army during World War II. By early 1943, he developed a mind-control serum that, when injected, turned American soldiers into obedient slaves. Suki was taken to Alaska, where he used the serum to raid convoys and establish a Japanese base on American soil. His plot was foiled by the Sub-Mariner, who forced Suki to administer the antidote, saving the affected soldiers. Suki attempted to destroy all evidence by injecting himself with his own serum but was stopped and captured. His ultimate fate remains unrecorded.
