Gouken (ゴウケン (剛拳) Gōken?, "Constitutionality", "Strong Fist") is a character from the Street Fighter series who was originally featured in the 1993 manga Street Fighter II: Ryu before appearing as a playable fighter in Street Fighter IV. He is a master martial artist and mentor to Ryu and Ken as well as the older brother of Akuma.
