The Head was an agent of the Imperial Japanese Army whose body was crushed in a terrible accident, leaving only his head intact. Japanese scientists kept his severed head alive on a miniature hovercraft and ordered him to decapitate American and resistance leaders to revive their heads for military secrets. In 1944, Head and his Headhunters targeted a shipbuilder in New York, then continued beheading other inventors and generals around the world. The Young Allies repeatedly battled the Head, pursuing him all the way to Tokyo. During the final confrontation, Bucky kicked the Head’s craft into a wall, breaking it open and causing the Head to bleed to death. This macabre villain’s story ends as the Young Allies destroy the revived heads and escape back to the United States.
