Mountain Storm was a massive martial artist under the command of Imperial Japan during World War II. The Mountain Storm was used by Commander Suzuki to maintain a POW camp where he would challenge the prisoners to combat and discourage escape attempts. Judomaster entered the camp and was able to defeat Mountain Storm when he correctly predicted the judo throw the behemoth was named for. Judomaster next encountered Mountain Storm when his sidekick Tiger was captured on a stealth mission. Judomaster and Tiger escaped when they managed to trap Mountain Storm in a tiger pit. Mountain Storm was later part of a competition to find the best martial artist to combat Judomaster. He was defeated by the [[Acrobat (New Earth)]].
