Piston Hondo

Piston Hondo (ใƒ”ใ‚นใƒˆใƒณใƒปใƒ›ใƒณใƒ‰ใƒผ is a Japanese boxer born in Tokyo. His quirks include the fact that Piston Hondo's name and trademark Piston Punch/Hondo Rush are reminiscent of Piston Hurricane from the earlier Punch-Out!! arcade game and later Super Punch-Out!! Super Nintendo game. The theme music played for Piston Hondo in his appearances is a short version from Japanese folk song Sakura.

Appearances[edit]

  • Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!!/Punch-Out!! featuring Mr. Dream (1987 & 1990)
  • Punch-Out!! (2009)
  • Super Smash Bros for Wii U (2014)
