Fred is nicknamed Fredzilla. He can transform into a Godzilla-like Kaiju and manifest a dinosaur-like aura. It is revealed that he is descended from the Ainu, a group of indigenous people of Japan, and spent time growing up on a secret S.H.I.E.L.D. base in Japan. He joined the new Big Hero Six with other new member Wasabi-No-Ginger.
