Master Sushi Chef of The Happy Sumo is voiced by Sab Shimono is an American actor. He has appeared in the episodes "One Fish, Two Fish, Blowfish, Blue Fish", "In Marge We Trust" and "The Wife Aquatic". He has played the Master Sushi Chef, Mr. Sparkle and a Japanese fisherman.

Akira

Akira is the waiter at the Happy Sumo | Simpson Wiki Voiced by George Takei. George Takei is a Japanese American actor who is famous for playing Hikaru Sulu in Star Trek. He has appeared in the Simpsons five times, and has voiced Akira in One Fish, Two Fish, Blowfish, Blue Fish, a Chinese waiter in The Old Man and the Key, Winnk in Thirty Minutes Over Tokyo, and himself in The Burns Cage and Haw-Haw Land. He was going to appear in Marge vs. the Monorail but was replaced by Leonard Nimoy.

The Happy Sumo is a Japanese restaurant. Among the restaurant's menu offerings are all kinds of sushi, including fugu, which can be fatally poisonous if not properly prepared. The Master Sushi Chef is the only person at the restaurant qualified to prepare fugu. The restaurant also offers karaoke. It is located on Elm St.
